This course includes a Home Study Pack containing a coursebook and workbook. Candidates are expected to spend time studying the course book and completing the workbook.
The workbook is to be brought to the course, which will consist of a review of the workbook, followed by a training session dealing with further aspects of domestic unvented hot water.

Aims of the course
On completion of the course delegates will undertake an assessment that is marked on the day. Successful candidates will receive a certificate in due course. On receipt of their certificates, candidates will be qualified to install, commission and service unvented hot water systems.
Who should attend?
Heating engineers, installers and maintenance engineers who require a more detailed understanding of boiler diagnostics.
Suggested prior knowledge or understanding
Candidates are required to have knowledge of heating and hot water systems.
