How to get to the Leeds College of Building training centre

From North

• From the A1(M) join the M1 south. Exit at J44
• At the end of the slip road, turn right over the motorway
• Off the big roundabout here, take the second onto the B6481 - Pontefract Road
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on the B6481- Pontefract Road
• Take a slight right onto the A639 - Thwaite Gate and continue on. Continue onto A61 - Hunslet Road (You will see the College campus on your right hand side).
• Take a slight right onto the A61 - Hunslet Lane
• Turn right at the traffic lights onto Crown Point Road (stay in right lane) and travel for approximately 180 yards
• Turn right onto Cudbear Street. The College campus is located 150 yards along on your left hand side

From South, East and West

• From where the M1 crosses the M62, take the M1 north and exit at J7 joining the M621
• Exit the M621 at J3. At the end of the slip road, get into the right hand lane onto the A653 - Dewsbury Road
• Continue on the A653 - Meadow Road following signs for the city centre (You will pass Bewleys Hotel on your left hand side)
• Once you have passed Bewleys Hotel, stay in the right hand lane and continue on the A653 - Victoria Road. When this road splits get into the left hand lane
• Pass through the set of traffic lights and stay in the left hand lane of the A653 - Great Wilson Street (Asda will be on your left hand side)
• Continue through the set of traffic lights onto the A61 - Hunslet Lane
• Turn left at the next set of traffic lights onto Crown Point Road (get in right lane) and travel for approximately 180 yards
• Turn right onto Cudbear Street. The College campus is located 150 yards along on your left hand side

• By Rail from Leeds Station - Approximately 5 minutes by taxi
• By Bus - Services 12,13, 13A & 48 operate from Vicar Lane. Services 74, 74A, 85 & 87 operate from Boar Lane. 110 Wakefield to Leeds stops on Crown Point Road. 167 & 168 Castleford to Leeds stops at Crown Point. 410 Wakefield to Leeds stops at Crown Point
